AI-Assisted Features

Anamnesis uses artificial intelligence to assist with document extraction, health record summarization, semantic search, and health coaching. These features are provided as productivity aids only and do not constitute medical advice.

Document Extraction

When you upload a health document, AI models attempt to extract structured data including diagnoses, medications, providers, dates, and lab results. Extracted data is presented for your review before any information is saved to your health record. You remain responsible for confirming accuracy before saving.

Voice Capture

Anamnesis supports voice input for entering health information hands-free. Voice audio is transcribed using AI speech recognition and converted to text. Voice transcripts may be retained in your account. A dedicated transcript review and deletion interface is not currently available in A1. Voice input can be disabled in Settings.

User Review Responsibility
